We know you depend on your vehicle, even – and especially – during a crisis. That includes repairing or replacing your existing vehicle, if needed. We want you to know the Bill Marine Auto Center sales, service, and parts departments are here for you.

Deemed essential business by Governor DeWine, the Bill Marine family of dealerships are open with reduced staff & hours through April 6th – by appointment only – and with many precautions in place to safely continue serving our community’s automotive needs.

Why Are We Open?

Automotive dealerships have been considered essential business because people still need dependable vehicles for essential travel. That includes repairing or replacing their existing vehicle, as needed.

Although most of our community is at home, most of the time, keep in mind that many residents are still required to report for work, such as first responders, medical professionals, transportation drivers, delivery drivers, grocery store personnel, pharmacy staff, care providers, and many more.

In addition, even those working from home or not able to work at all need reliable transportation for trips to the grocery store, pharmacy, doctor’s office, hospital, and other essential activities.

With that in mind, we remain open with reduced staff and hours, during this time, with carefully implemented precautions in place to help preserve the health and safety of our customers and employees, including enhanced cleanliness, social distancing, and vehicle pickup/delivery to and from your home as needed.

Our Service Departments:

  • All technicians are wearing gloves.
  • We install a steering wheel cover on all vehicles immediately upon checkin.
  • For anyone within 25 miles in need of vehicle repair, maintenance, or recall work, we are temporarily offering a special Valet Service at no additional charge to come pickup your vehicle and deliver it back to you upon completion. Please call to make your special service appointment – 937-325-7091.

Our Sales Departments:

  • As always, our website is available for online shopping 24/7. You can shop our inventory, view vehicle details and photos, select your vehicle of interest, and submit your information to get started. We’ll then contact you to schedule a test drive.

Our Family of Dealerships:

  • We are following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations closely on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk.
  • Per CDC recommendations, we have mandated employees who have traveled to such locations or have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations to self-quarantine for 14 days.
  • We have hand sanitizer available for use throughout our family of dealerships.
  • We have instructed our employees to avoid handshaking at this time.
  • Of course, we are maintaining the cleanliest of facilities for customers and staff, including disinfecting our family of dealerships 3 times per day (door knobs, bathrooms, etc.).
